TOPCIT@CAMT’24 อีเวนต์ท้าทายสมรรถนะสำหรับบุคลากร ICT โดย DII, CAMT
วิทยาลัยศิลปะ สื่อและเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ได้ดำเนินโครงการประเมินความเชี่ยวชาญของบุคลากรด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) อย่างต่อเนื่องมาตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2564 โดยการริเริ่มนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อค้นหาช่องว่างด้านสมรรถนะของบุคลากรด้าน ICT ในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย ภายใต้การดูแลของ อาจารย์ ดร.วันทนา อารีประยูรกิจ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกระตุ้นการพัฒนาทักษะและการเพิ่มขีดความสามารถของผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพด้านไอซีที โดยการนำแบบทดสอบความสามารถภาคปฏิบัติด้านไอซีที (TOPCIT) จากสาธารณรัฐเกาหลีมาใช้ในการประเมินความสามารถของบุคคลากร ซึ่งกลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักคือนักศึกษาในระดับอุดมศึกษา ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านอุตสาหกรรมในภาค ICT และนักพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์
TOPCIT@CAMT ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากพันธมิตรหลายฝ่าย ได้แก่ ทีม TOPCIT นำโดย Mr. Jason Park ผู้จัดการ IITP ที่สถาบันการวางแผนและประเมินเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี; สำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (depa) นำโดย ดร.จักกนิตต์ คณานุรักษ์ ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายส่งเสริมการพัฒนากำลังคนดิจิทัล และหลักสูตร Digital Industry Integration (DII), CAMT, มช. ภายใต้การนำของประธานหลักสูตร อาจารย์ ดร.ศุทธินี สวัสดิ์ซิตัง อาจารย์ ดร. วรัญญา มหานันท์ และ อาจารย์ ดร.จิรพิพัฒน์ ธัญพงษ์ภัทร อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชา
โดยในปีนี้จะมีการทดสอบทั้งหมด 2 ครั้ง คือวันที่ 14 มิถุนายน และ 2 ตุลาคม 2567 การสอบ TOPCITบนระบบสอบแบบออนไลน์อินเทอร์เน็ตครั้งแรกของปีนี้จัดขึ้นอย่างประสบความสำเร็จแล้วในวันศุกร์ที่ผ่านมา โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมสอบทั้งหมด 24 คน งานนี้จัดขึ้นด้วยการควบคุมระบบทางระยะไกลด้วยความช่วยเหลือจากทีมงาน TOPCIT จากประเทศเกาหลีใต้ พร้อมการสังเกตุการณ์ทางออนไลน์โดยพันธมิตรของเราdepa
Event Title: TOPCIT@CAMT’24, The competency challenge for ICT workforce by DII, CAMT
The College of Arts, Media and Technology (CAMT) at Chiang Mai University (CMU) has been running an ongoing project since 2021 to assess the expertise of information and communication technology (ICT) personnel. This initiative aims to identify competency gaps among the ICT workforce in northern Thailand. Under the supervision of Lect. Dr. Wantana Areeprayolkij, the project seeks to enhance the skills and capabilities of ICT professionals through the adoption of the Test of Practical Competency in ICT (TOPCIT) from the Republic of Korea. The primary focus is on higher education students and industry professionals in the ICT sector.
TOPCIT@CAMT has received support from several partners: the TOPCIT Team led by Mr. Jason Park, IITP Manager at the Institute of Information and Communications Technology Planning and Evaluation, Republic of Korea; the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) headed by Dr. Jakkanit Kananurak, Vice President, Department, Digital Manpower Development and Promotion; and the Digital Industry Integration (DII) program at CAMT, CMU, under the leadership of Lect. Dr. Suttinee Sawadsitng, Lect. Dr. Waranya Mahanan, and Lect. Dr. Jirapipat Thanyaphongphat.
This year, the test is scheduled to be administered twice, on 14 June and 2 October 2024.
The first session of this year's internet-based TOPCIT was successfully held on the last Friday, with 24 participants. The event was conducted remotely with the assistance of the TOPCIT team from South Korea and was overseen online by our partner, depa.
